Originaire de Maurice, je vis en Australie depuis 21 ans.

Dés ma jeunesse, j’étais attiré par les Bandes Dessinées et toutes formes d’arts plastiques.

Plus tard je me suis essayé à d’autres techniques telles que l’encre et javel mais aussi à l’acrylique.

J’ai découvert l’acrylique par le biais de Micheline Lebon, artiste peintre à La Réunion, et qui était de passage en Australie.

J’étais très heureux lors de la présentation de mes premières acryliques et les avis du public m’ont encouragé à poursuivre dans cette voie.

En tant qu’artiste en herbe, je suis encore à la recherche de mon style mais j’avoue avoir une certaine fascination pour la peinture à l’encre et javel.

J’ai la chance d’exposer dans différents coins de l’île et je suis ouvert à toutes critiques qui m’aideront à progresser.

Ma prochaine exposition se tiendra au Phare de Sainte-Suzanne en avril 2008, avec la participation de Micheline Lebon et de Sylvie Cangy (Australie).

I was born in

, but I’ve been living in

for the last 21 years.

When I was still young, I was interested in cartoons and different kind of drawings and paintings.

After that, I had the opportunity to try different technique such as ink and bleach and also acrylic paint.

I discover acrylic from Micheline Lebon, an artist and painter from

I was very pleased when my first acrylic paintings were shown to the public and their comments were very encouraging.

As I am new in the industry, I am still in search of my style. My preference is ink and bleach which I find very fascinating.

I have the opportunity to show my paintings in different part of the island.

I welcome all comments and critics which will help me to improve in the future.

My next expo will take place in the Lighthouse of Sainte-Suzanne in April 2008 with joint collaboration of Micheline Lebon and Sylvie Cangy (
